The Tascam SS R250N is a solid state recorder with a variety of useful recording and playback features supporting high resolution 98KHz24bit audio suitable for professional use. This rackmount recording device records onto two SD cards with up to 128GB or to a USB drive with up to 64GB of storage. Also features a LAN terminal that connects it to any local network where files can be remotely uploaded and downloaded using its file transfer protocol FTP host function you can also operate the SS R250N remotely and set it up to record automatically. With the dual SD memory card slots you can rest easy knowing the SS R250N supports mirror and relay recording so if one of your cards runs out of space or corrupts you will still have a full recording. Streamlining your recording experience the SS R250N features useful capabilities like Auto Track Auto Level Control and a compressor and limiter function. The SS R250N also has a wide range of both digital and analog inputs to suit the equipment youre using. Playback on the SS R250N is highly convenient as its a solid state recording device you can simultaneously play back your audio as it is recorded. To assist with playback the SS R250N is equipped with highly convenient playback functions such as Auto Cue Incremental play pitch control and different playback modes. Additionally the SS R250N has a remote control for controlling the Unit from a distance and you can also control the recorder from an app on your mobile phone or tablet.
