FabFilter Pro-C 2

The FabFilter Pro C 2 is one of the most powerful compressor plugins on the market boasting eight varied compression styles a side chain EQ section as well as customisable HPLP filters. Building on the success of the original Pro C version 2 includes a range of improvements and new features designed to offer in depth dynamic control. Five new compression algorithms are included with the new Pro C 2 including Vocal Mastering Bus Punch and Pumping. As well as classic settings the Pro C 2 features a smooth lookahead for optimised compression up to four time oversampling and intelligent auto gain which reacts to your input signal and adjusts the gain accordingly. Another new feature is the addition of the Range setting which allows you to set the maximum applied gain change so you can set a limit for your levels. You can also customise the knee setting ranging from a hard knee setting all the way up to a 72 dB soft knee which is great for creating saturated style effects. The beautiful interface provides precision metering and visual feedback including animated level knee displays and peak metering.
