Built with a thin 7 mil Dynaflex film it responds easily to lighter strokes making it a solid choice when control and sensitivity matter. Youll hear a bright open tone that stays musical even at pianissimo levels. As part of the MicroFlex series this head is designed for long sustain. Thats useful if you want toms to ring out naturally which is why its commonly used as a resonant head.
