The kit was known for its ground breaking design superior build quality crisp tone and clear projection. The Tama Superstar classic features carefully selected maple shells offering a rich warm tonal character with brilliant mid and high frequencies. The shells are constructed with tone in mind focused intently on shell moulding. Whilst the bearing edge shape gives the drums their incredible ringing sustain and powerful projection.
