Review by Amazon Customer on March 3, 2018Hmm, the sounds are much more realistic than the sr16 I’ve had for years and the presets seem fine but if you are inclined to tap out rhythms on the pads, (like me) it’s not the machine for you. The pad touch sensitivity basically doesn’t work so half way through a track the snare or another sound will randomly become really loud (unconnected to pad pressure applied). It’s therefore dissapointing in this regard and not fit for purpose. I guess I’ll have to get one of those pad kits. -

Although when using my fully charged nimi rechargable batteries the display almost immediately starts flashing LOW BATTERY. -
