The Fortin NATAS High Gain Pre Amp Distortion is a ferociously aggressive distortion and preamp pedal designed to recreate one of Fortins most legendary amplifier tones in a pedal. Inspired directly by the NATAS amplifier the pedal delivers the crushing saturation massive low end authority and razor sharp articulation that made the original amp such a legend. Rather than functioning like a conventional distortion pedal the NATAS uses multiple cascading gain stages and highly responsive active tone shaping to deliver the feel depth and dynamic response of a high gain amplifier. The pedal features an active three band EQ additional Kill gain boost Mid Shape switching and Fortins unique Girth and Grind controls for exceptional tonal flexibility.
