Wampler Ratsbane Distortion

The Wampler Ratsbane Distortion is a full range distortion pedal that can go from creamy smooth drive to full blown fuzzy dirt. This versatile little gain machine features an improved filter control the further you crank it the more cutting your tone becomes from a warm creamy response to a more piercing high frequency attack. As the name suggests this was designed to become your main distortion pedal; sheer versatility and its rich rounded tone guarantees this will be the case. It wouldnt be a Wampler pedal without a few intuitive additions to the circuitry though in this case two new toggle switches help bring the thunder. On the left is Gain which alters your gain stages flick left for a firmer tighter response flick right for a creamier smoother response.
