The Synergy Tone King Imperial MKII module brings one of the most beloved American boutique amps into a compact all tube modular format. Developed in collaboration with Tone King it mirrors the original Imperial MKIIs Rhythm and Lead channels delivering everything from sparkling Blackface style cleans to mid 50s Tweed inspired overdrive. The Rhythm channel offers bright articulate tones with rounded lows perfect for chords blues phrasing and expressive clean work. Switch over to the Lead channel and youll find thick harmonically rich breakup shaped by its unique Mid Bite control which allows you to tighten the bass boost upper mids and add gain for a more aggressive voice. Synergys Zero Watt poweramp design incorporates the original amps phase inverter circuitry to reproduce the dynamic bloom sag and harmonic complexity of a real valve power section at any volume. A true analogue bias tremolo lifted straight from the Imperial MKII adds organic pulsating movement to either or both channels. Each channel features independent attenuation for controlling output level plus HF Comp for softening top end frequencies.
