Suitable for all styles of play. The Roth Sihon Wire Cello Mute enables medium to heavy muting without heavily distorting the tone. When needed the mute can be easily placed on the bridge whereas when its not required it can be slid down to the tailpiece. The mute fits to your instrument by squeezing together the G and D strings and then pushing the mute down over them. The two strings once released will engage in the mute to secure it into place.
