The Yamaha PM1X Silent Brass Mute has undergone many improvements to ensure players are receiving the best accessory possible. For travelling players the disassembled body is a great advantage allowing the mute to be stacked into a compact size. The new mute does not extend as far over the bell surface as previous models improving balance when playing.
