Review by Rhiannon on August 15, 2017I must admit, I was a little doubtful that this instrument would hold her ground. I was pleasantly surprised. The E string is a little 'screechy' but easily replacable with a synthetic core string. Unplugged she has natural reverb; plugged in she needs a pre amp. Over all I am very happy with this violin. -
Rating Excellent choice at a good price
Review by Always Buying on March 4, 2015Having a grade 5 in piano, my daughter wanted to take up violin. This is a perfect solution, beautiful looking and well made. It holds its tuning well, however we did get a full set of fine tuners to make life easier for only £5 and 5 minutes of installation. It functions well with and without using amplification.
Very good bargain!
