The Hohner Hard Bopper 48 Harmonica is a harp with a rich voluminous sound. Created to honour the jazz legend Toots Thielemans famous for his chromatic harmonica playing this harp is designed for fast paced rocking styles. In order to recreate Toots preferred specifications Hohner has opted for a pearwood comb which helps to create the warm tone and the comb is lacquered for added durability. The thick reed plates and long slot reeds give the Hard Bopper a rich volumnious sound. Follow in the footsteps of one of the most iconic jazz musicians of the 20th century. The chrome plated mouthpiece is comfortable so it allows you to slide between the notes easily.
