LP Udu Drum Utar

The LP Udu Drum Utar is a well made udu drum created by Latin Percussion and developed in collaboration with ceramicist Frank Giorgini. Expertly crafted from clay to offer a traditional udu aesthetic the Utar possesses the lowest pitch of all udus. The flat round shell itself produces cowbell like tones whilst the bell chamber delivers bright and wet tonality. With a vast soundbank the LP Utar can be played in many ways to get a varied sound. Play with the palm of your hand for powerful low udu sounds or with your fingertips for higher intricate embellishments.
