Halo Upmix is a Stereo to 5.1 7.1 and 3D upmixer delivering all the control you need to fine tune your surround mix to perfection. Featuring unique centre channel management with switchable dialogue extraction included Halo is ideal in a comprehensive range of upmixing situations from archive restoration and TV to the full 7.1 feature film experience. The optional 3D extension adds Dolby Atmos bed track 7.1.2 Auro 3D 7.1.4 compatibility and Ambisonic outputs. Utilise a powerful spatial analysis view that makes visualisation simple. Halo can show an intuitive energy distribution of the upmixed panorama with colour to indicate the speaker source for audio in any position clearly orienting you within the stereo field and indicating cases including phantom vs hard centre predominance. Because Halo operates on the generation of a coherent spatial sound it is equally capable of producing a high quality downmix.
