The PSP Nexcellence Plugin is a classic sounding spring reverb emulation basing its sound on the classic Necklace style reverb hardware units. Spring Reverbs are renowned for their unique tonality with a distinctive bouncy sound that was popularised in the 60s. Providing a rich sound complete an intuitive interface Nexcellence can be used for a variety of applications from adding a subtle shine to vocals all the way up to saturated madness. The interface itself is reminiscent of vintage hardware units with retro style knobs and LEDs for the input and output signals. Unlike conventional hardware units Nexcellence includes a wide range of fine tune controls that give you full reign over the spring reverb. Change the overall tonality using the Color knob or change the way the spring reacts using the three position mode switch. A high pass filter is included as well as a three band EQ and the ability to swap stereo channels.
