The Raising Jake DRP2a mkII is a dynamic range processor for various audio processing tasks. This plugin emulates the original hardware unit from Rocksonics Professional Audio offering functionalities such as compression expansion gating and limiting. With program dependent RMS detectors it ensures smooth and musical results and its simplified controls including a single threshold for compression and gating make it easy to set up. The DRP2a mkII includes the same time constants and controls as the hardware unit with a Ratio ranging from 101 compression to 11.9 expansion and an expander gate for noise gating. Additional features include a side chain input look ahead functionality and de essing emphasis.
