Sugar Bytes Guitarist is an electric guitar simulation VST with a guitar step sequencer and a vast range of customisation and sound shaping options. You can use Guitarist as a standalone instrument in your DAW or in any VSTAU compatible host application. Guitarist features three sampled guitars including Fenders Telecaster and Stratocaster as well as a Duesenberg Starplayer Special. Each guitar has more than 2000 recorded samples from physical guitars for you to utilise in the system. Set your guitar melodies up in the sequencer section 16 steps allow you to trigger guitar notes of your choosing. Each string can be played at any time providing you with the ability to make heavy arpeggios. You can also define chord sequences by choosing from one of 12 different chord types or save up to 24 user presets. Sugar Bytes Guitarist features two FX units comprised of 10 different effects including chorus phaser auto wah delays and reverbs. The Wah Wah pedal is a sophisticated stomp box simulator with a variable LFO that can sweep the effect back and forth or be controlled by external MIDI devices.
