Behringer 2A Tube Compressor/Levelling Amplifier

The Behringer 2A Tube CompressorLevelling Amplifier is a valve based dynamics processor suited to studio producers recording engineers and live sound applications. Inspired by the Teletronix LA 2A it combines optical compression with a fully discrete signal path to help you control dynamics while retaining the character of your recordings. Inside hand selected 12AX7 12BH7 and EL84 valves deliver a warm analogue sound with custom built MIDAS input and output transformers helping to maintain signal clarity. Its optical attenuator provides a 10ms attack time and a release that extends up to five seconds allowing compression to respond naturally to changing signal levels. Switch between compression and limiting adjust peak reduction and use the variable pre emphasis control to fine tune how the compressor reacts to different frequencies. Its vintage style meter and 2U rackmount chassis make it easy to monitor your levels and integrate the 2A into your existing setup....Read More...»»
